This is literally how you lose free speech. They make up some bullshit excuse to just simply censor some speech because it's questionable but mostly because they don't agree with it and can single out one extreme case to parade around as an example. Then they slowly make up excuses as to how that decision was not effective enough and they will slowly need to remove more of your free speech. All the while they slowly erode away at it from every angle until it's gone.
