Now that Reddit is completely disintegrating, there are some topics of discussion that I think are likely to be popular with more conservative refugees -- stuff that might not be directly related to the president, but that we might consider allowing here.
Apologies if this is off topic -- I understand if we need to limit scope.
Topics I can think of off the top of my head:
-
Gun rights; in particular the state specific discussions. Bloomberg is waging a private war on the 2nd amendment in parallel to his campaign. Reddit has been a key organizing platform for the fights in VA and WA. Those subs are reasonably safe for now, but as censorship increases they may find themselves homeless.
-
COVID19 -- Discussion of this virus has been heavily regulated by CCP and an elite team of SJW mods that have taken over discussion. r/wuhan_flu has received treatment not unlike what the Donald received. This isnt really a partisan topic, but it affects us all, and is likely to become relevant to the election if we don't get it under control.
Sounds like a good idea but I don't know enough about the operation of the site to know what is possible. I suggest making a post about specific #2A topics and let the people have a discussion under that. If it is popular, it should float to the top.
