What are they saying? Is it red pilling anyone or they excited the sub is dead?

No redpilling going there, my friend. It's a cesspool of misinformed persons cheering for its demise. An occasional voice of reason that gets punched down such as "i don't like trump, but isn't reddit supposed to be for free speech" followed by "reeeeeee, it's a private company, they can do what they want"

Yea just talked to my Bernie Bro friend and he said "I am glad its gone bc it was a cesspool, but I think Reddit doing this in 2020 is defiantly a power-move and election related." but he still thinks it was a good idea because he said we promoted violence?????? All i could think of was the Ted Bundy stuff and that was it.

Here's my take on that shit. One retard says something on T_D, they screenshot it and blame the community, and "ohmygawd, T_D is awful- ban that sub!", but a retard says some outrageous thing on politics and maaaaaaaaaaaybe the user gets banned....maybe. That subredditdrama thread mentioned something about some teen that was coaxed to kill his leftist dad from T_D. I didn't dig into it. I frequent T_D quite a bit, but never saw that drama unfold. Regardless, I never saw/see hoards of users calling for violence, just one ill minded individual here or there on T_D, and those are pretty few and far between. Yet, any other sub, and it's basically accepted language to commit violence to conservatives. I really don't understand how the hypocrisy can slide beyond their purview, yet, it DOES. They're actively blind to the hypocrisy.

They ban literally anybody who isn't posting or commenting like an 12 year old edg-lord, thus why even the controversial section in a post of 2k+ comments doesn't even have dissenting opinions.
