Has it occurred to anyone else that this site is using Cloudflare? This seems like a terrible idea, not that I have another idea for ddos protection. Beware crowdstrike.

Bitmitigate, though paid, is the way to go.
This site would need to be self sufficient then. Bringing in advertisers has its own problem sets.

Can and should. The problem though is the service it provides. I wouldn't doubt that as the migration continues this site will become a target.
If enough users come over here the REEEEEing left will press Cloudflare and Cloudflare will nuke this site.
