We are all going to get this thing. It's like a viral pneumonia that spreads as easily as flu, and is about 10x more serious than flu. 1 in 5 will need to go to the hospital for Corvid-19. While for influenza it is only 1 out of 55.
Eat good, work out, take vitamins, and you'll probably be okay. If your real old, or not healthy enough to fight it, you may want to consider avoiding crowded places, and sort of self quarantining until the tail end of this thing, (or until you run out of food and have to leave). That way the hospital will be less crowded when you finally wind up there, and you will receive better care than the people who had to go right in the thick of it.
