Don't just delete your account, use a script to delete all your comments (or replace them with nonsense). Reddit's value is in the content we provide, if you deprive them of that content they have nothing to monetize.
However, I fully expect them to prevent deletion if enough people do it.
Wish I had come here first. I deleted it all manually. Granted it didn't take as long as I thought because I think they archive 180 days back or something. I didn't have anything past that amount of time that I could see to delete, but I got rid of everything on my account including the 200 gold that I had from gifts given to me.
I'm in the process of archiving all of my accounts posts, and in the process it will replace the content 5 times with gibberish before leaving a nice post explaining the edits and encouraging people out of their echo chambers.
This morning I blocked all 700 clients on my networks from accessing reddit, it is a malicious site.

Don't delete your account, we will need them when we start organizing raids
How do you do that?

That's what I use, but if you search for "script delete reddit" you'll find others. This one seems to just be an addon for Chrome.

How would you do that exactly?
