Long story short, YouTube isn't the government just like a bakery isn't the government and thus not subject to the 1st amendment. No matter how much they profess to being an open platform for free speech, YouTube is within their right as a private entity to refuse to let people "bake a Trump cake".
That's not a surprising ruling and that being the case, we need to build a video-hosting equivalent to thedonald.win if we ever hope to avoid censorship by our Silicon Valley commie overlords.
