Look I understand the outrage 100%. I also understand the post calling them out. But I come here to read up on things, and that’s virtually non existent the past few days. All the_donald has been is post after post of random garbage asking reddit to ban op.
I’m on thedonald.win, but it’s hard to make the switch at the moment. I use reddit thru BaconReader app and it makes things very easy. Without an app it’s hard to compete, same reason I knew gab would have issue attempting to compete with Twitter. Plus thedonald.win is the same as here(as of a day ago) where only people posting about reddit censoring us. I believe it’ll be easier to get activity here because the community. Also respect the admins who created thedonald.win for us, and actually am impressed with it. I know it’s unlikely Apple or google will approve an app, just like gab, for right leaning social media platforms like this.
Bottom line is they’ve not only taken the mod team, but have been successful diverting all the attention away from news/issues that we otherwise would be seeing/discovered.
It will pass . People want justice and want to draw attention to what's going on. You can't expect people not to talk about it.
I think it's pretty reasonable to expect a person to peruse the forum and see how almost every post is about the same thing over and over again before making the same post themselves. It's been a few days now and I do see it subsiding a little but it's still obnoxious.
That’s my thoughts exactly. I get the outrage. I get the tons of post bringing up the issue. But when there nothing but post asking to be banned it screams I want upvotes. The_donald, and now here have been the only places I could get real news for the past 3+ years. The past few days I’m assuming there has been none of significance, which could be true.
I know it’ll die down, the repeat post that is. Not saying we should forget the issue at hand of being censored.
