This was actually done by the mods, probably for a couple of reasons...so the general Reddit community can't false flag us (again) and to siphon traffic to TD.W. It's actually kind of smart to do it this way, it's a softer transition...people will notice there's no activity and head this way.
Old mods did that yesterday to stop the influx of shills brigading that was starting to happen
Also working as a roadblock for all the alt accounts that are trying to earn 500 karma so they can apply to be mods!
