I'm deleting all my comments and posts with "Nuke Reddit History". After that I plan on pretending to be a far-left Bernie bot and amplifying (upvoting, etc) the most radical insane shit I see over in /r/politics.
Some suggest to use "Power Delete Suite". I'm using a browser extension called "Nuke Reddit History". I have a lot of comments, it's still removing them. I'm not sure if the extension will remove the posts though.
I still use it for work (IT technical help stuff at advanced level) so I'll still be there with my work account, but my normal account, I'll probably just leave to rot.

Yeah go to the desktop version if the site and user profile. There should be an option to "deactivate" your account. Best of luck!
