A while back the courts ruled first that President Trump and later AOC could not block people on Twitter. The reasoning being they considered it a public forum similar to a town hall where people could voice their opinions about his comments.
President Trump did an ama on the Donald during the campaign. Since then the admins have wrongfully put the place on lockdown. Requiring people creating verified accounts to even view the place.
Due to the fact that the president did an ama along with the fact that his tweets are linked there, would there be cause to make a claim that the severe lockdown of the subreddit is closing access to a public forum with a public figure?
Thanks for anyone’s thoughts.
Yip, shut em down is the goal. Take their money and save the god damn internet.
