I disagree. There's a huge difference there. Yang's one grand per month UBI is more of a welfare system REFORM. There's a lot of misunderstanding here. The current system grows dependency. There are so many qualifications that discourage you from gettinggn a job and encourage fraud. According to plan, however, every adult from Bill Gates to the homeless stoner on the street receives a 1k check per month. You can spend it on basic necessities or save it for some other investments. Unlike Bernie and other clown candidates, he's not an idealogue, he doesn't just pointing finger at Big Corporate, Wall Street, systematic racism, yada yada yada. He addresses the threat of automation replacing middle class workers, which is a real issue. Fairly speaking, it's a brilliant idea. He has a reasonable voice among the dem field. Bernie, however, is pushing full-blown communism, expanding government control over everything. He'll expand the current welfare system which will make you MORE dependent.
I still prefer watching Tim Pool over MSM, but these are certainty good points. I do remember he once made a video about donating to Yang's campaign, which I thought was stupid.
