Pedes, I’m sorry to say anything negative about this move. I think it’s needed, warranted, and about time to move away from the cesspool of Reddit. But I can barely read this site at all on mobile. I get constant resubmit pop ups, timeouts, and links that open up other apps on my phone. It isn’t an enjoyable experience.

Are there plans for an app? I want to support this but it’s really difficult in its current state for me.

Give it a bit of time, their influx of new users is probably enormous within a short time span. From a server infrastructure perspective this can be tricky to deal with. It will smooth out within an week I bet.

I'm not sure Apple or Google would even allow an official thedonald.win app on the app store or play store. There are ways to improve this site for mobile, though. I know they're working on that.

Good for you, don’t use it.

We don’t have billions of dollars backing us...

OP point is legit, mobile is not as friendly as Reddit was. Long term health of this community hinges on that improving over time.

That sounds like something a Reddit shill would say.

We may not have billions of dollars but there are really smart people here who I’m sure could put something together.

There’s been a MASSIVE influx on a small site.

Are you going to pay for faster servers? More storage?

No?

Shut the fuck up and party.

Funny how you try and discredit me as a shill when you’re the one trying to turn people away...
