This site was created as a back up site for r/the_donald, in case r/the_donald got taken down. Well, it did, essentially. And lots and lots of people have come over, as planned. But some of us who've been here for two months are whining about it. It's utterly bizarre. I've the suspicion that their motives are not perfectly plain, that perhaps, they're plants to try to reshape the culture here? Hmm? No?
Frankly, this site now has the feel of t_d in the olden days, the glorious days, during the primaries. And I love it.

I can't think of any patriot who'd spit in the face of what the mods achieved here and how valuable it will be in the lead up to November.
I recommend asking anyone complaining to message the mods and let them know about their issue so it can be fixed. If they keep on complaining or can't articulate how TheDonald.Win ruined their life, then it's likely they aren't interested in anything beyond attacking President Trump.

the comment sections are what keeps the shit interesting. Before TD was completely taken over, there were no comments here, and it was boring as fuck. Now, in the last 24 hours, we finally have threads with more than 20 comments after being up less than 3 hours. This is what we need.

When this got out of beta and announced on T_D mods made it clear it was being unveiled earlier than anticipated due to Reddit admins upping the threats. I am glad it was here, waiting.

Sorry. I just don't get this. Reddit taking down t_d is a monumental event on the internet. T_D has been a apart of the lives of so many, and it was just ripped away, in a brutal act of political censorship. Of course they're going to talk about it. It's perfectly natural for the refugees to talk about.
Why you'd complain they're talking about it, is what's mysterious.
