No one can expect people who poop in their streets to contain anything...so just quarantine them.
Imagine all these poopers driving into other states pooping all the way and spreading Coronovirus and Aids and so on.
Then they will blame Trump although they are the ones who pooped all over the 49 states.
Quarantine them, remove their moderators and install authorized mods.
