...Mostly I am just deleting them, but some of the comments are making me laugh. Some of the fights I got into were great. I loved that place. I really hope this place serves as a suitable replacement. Thank you all for starting this up. Let's get back to work....

I deleted my Reddit account today. We are in a better place now.
If you get tired of doing them individually, use Power Delete Suite or Nuke Reddit History to overwrite then delete. PDS seems like it is more thorough, and private.
Otherwise, enjoy the walk down memory lane :)
Edit: Nuke Reddit History seems to scrub all your commenting history, but may miss some, PDS seems to kill everything, but you can set filters to save selected material if you wish
Why do you delete comments before deleting accounts? Since I will be deleting soon I would like to know. And is there anyway back to quarantined T_D once the account is deleted?

I'm just doing it out of a mix of paranoia and nostalgia. I have no technical skill behind my motive. People are suggesting a "Nuke Reddit" thing...I have no idea what that is
We have to search for material and monitor the New posts to deport trolls, but it is coming aling. New features being added, but they want to keep it quick loading, too.

I started packing 3 months ago... doing just what youre doing, and saving good links and memes, then obliterating it all. Took me days and days, doing maybe 50 or 100 at a time.
We all knew we had to stay somewhat divested from our accounts, and from plebbit in general, because we always knew they could do this. We had to stay frosty. But even so, we're all kind of processing it, and its not emotionless. I mean, they it wasn't that they tried to silence us... it was that they tried to break us up. PLEASE DISPERSE. They hate it when we exercise our right to assemble.
