Children are confused about everything. They are kids. Most cases of dysphoria are probably just a kid feeling weird and then their OCD parents freaking out. Same thing with autism. There's no proof of "spectrum" and it has gotten so freakin bad that any time a child acts the slightest bit quirky parents are like "ahhhhhhhh my kid is like on the spectrum somewhere"
