Stop voting in Democrats. Almost every liberal city is experiencing a tale of two cities. Uber wealthy and Uber poor, driven by progressive policies.

Stop the flow of cheap labor. A lot of homeless people wouldn't be, in LA for example, thirty years ago, when someone who lost a decent job could pick up work in construction or other temp work like that. You can't get jobs like this anymore. This is the start of the downward spiral for many, which from here can lead pretty quickly to substance abuse and homelessness.

California and New York are the only two states whose homelessness is in double digits, their numbers combined is more than 40 percent of U.S. homeless. Source: https://www.usich.gov/tools-for-action/map/#fn[]=1400&fn[]=2800&fn[]=6200&fn[]=10000&fn[]=13200&all_types=true&year=2019

Arrest them for violating ADA. Their tents, sleeping bags, shopping carts, and debris block access for handicapped people. ADA is federal law.
