You can't get jobs like this anymore. This is the start of the downward spiral for many, which from here can lead pretty quickly to substance abuse and homelessness.
Stop voting in Democrats. Almost every liberal city is experiencing a tale of two cities. Uber wealthy and Uber poor, driven by progressive policies.

Arrest them for violating ADA. Their tents, sleeping bags, shopping carts, and debris block access for handicapped people. ADA is federal law.
