I was on the left before finding out I was badly wrong, I even liked Sanders for a short while in 2016 until I saw how flawed he was.
Here's the mistake so many of you are making, you think Sanders is full of bad ideas and you are right, however, there are many people that think his ideas are good. Not only that but they believe that Bernie is their savior.
Some of you might look at the moderate Dems and think they are a threat because they are more rational, it simply doesn't work that way on the left, the left run on emotion.
Sanders is their strongest opponent to Trump, he can turn out a lot of new young voters. I do think he will lose as he turns off independents and sane people but he is Trump's biggest threat.
The best thing for us is if Bernie wins but without a majority of delegates, in a brokered convention the DNC cheats Bernie and puts in one of the moderates.
My ideal situation would be the berner gets a plurality of votes but not enough to secure the nomination, the dnc fucks him over, the Bernie-bros get pissed and sit it out or go nuts, riot and then write in berner’s name, either way it equates to insufficient votes for the dem nominee.
I heard this as well, worthwhile message in this one. Too many people on the old site suggesting we vote in the Dem primary for one reason or another - eff that!
If Bernie did by some miracle win, he would not get anything meaningful passed and be a lame duck from day one. Worse, he's weak and bows down to the establishment and the intelligence agencies, would be a total disaster for America.
Has it ever happened to citizens had this: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." ?
You are right but the Dems have been trying to remove that speed bump for a while now. I think Bongino's main message is to not get too comfortable

There will be a Mass Tax Revolt before Bernie comes close to achieving any if the things he has proposed.
