There is a thread here titled only "kill n**gers," which was obviously not posted by a real Trump supporter and, after 21 hours, the post still hasn't been removed, even though another post by the OP (username NigRights), within his thread was deleted.
I don't know how the site works regarding banned accounts, but the user may not even have been banned though because his history just shows "This user has no comments," rather than us getting a "this user doesn't exist," or a message like that when trying to look at his history.
The way it works is a shill will (or have previously) created 10 troll accounts. Then they make a new one and with all tabs open will upvote themselves.
When we didn't have traffic (like now) the upvotes would push the troll up on rising.
With all the new users - they can't be seen anymore so they've resorted to flooding (seems like) but they still upvote themselves ... and ... I just noticed someone already explained this and I've been exercising my fingers like an idiot.

When you click on a link, like on google or duckduckgo your computer sends a request to a server, the server sends "instructions" on how to build the webpage, these instructions are in HTML your computer takes those instructions and builds the webpage locally in your browser.
So if you change those instructions you change the local version of the webpage on your computer, like making the background purple or making the text bigger.
It's only locally tho, so when you refresh the page your computer is sent a new set of instructions and rebuilds the page how it was supposed to be.
There actually used to be a tick you could do with HTML on facebook, by changing the user field in the hypertext to the address of someone else's account you could post as them on their wall and you didn't even need a password.
We also used to fuck with our teachers back in school by editing the webpages they brought up when they left the room.
