The way it works is a shill will (or have previously) created 10 troll accounts. Then they make a new one and with all tabs open will upvote themselves.
When we didn't have traffic (like now) the upvotes would push the troll up on rising.
With all the new users - they can't be seen anymore so they've resorted to flooding (seems like) but they still upvote themselves ... and ... I just noticed someone already explained this and I've been exercising my fingers like an idiot.
