Apparently, people are getting sick, getting better, then getting hit by some weird 2nd version of it (after it's mutated) that totally wipes em out and kills them. Two countries now have 2nd exposure inpatients ferrin prone who were "healed"... so either they were not truly healed⁵, turned around and went back into ER!
