If you, or someone you knows develops flu like symptoms, immediately self quarantine at home, advise anyone you have had contact with so they can be aware. DO NOT go strolling into a health care facility. CALL your doctor, State, or local health care department, and describe your symptoms to them. If symptoms become severe enough to require hospitalization, again CALL and have properly equipped, and advised health professionals come to you for transport. if we all work together to slow the spread of this dangerous virus, then our healthcare system is more than capable of taking care of those that do fall ill.
My health club has a steam room. It works like gangbusters on me for colds, which are a form of coronavirus. I have no idea if it will affect this particular virus, but it only takes two minutes worth of steam to tamp down cold and allergy symptoms, so I plan to use it every time I work out.
