I work in public health (among other things) On the back end, we are very worried, and it is not what everyone thinks. IF we see what happened in China here, our hospitals would be overrun by sick people that would not have enough medicine to treat the secondary respiratory issues. People aren't dying from the virus, it is the after affect on the body, and the lack of meds when you get run down. Breathing treatments, steroids, antivirals, fluids, etc etc.... If you can't be monitored in a hospital bed, and we see infection levels in the 100 thousands, it would be bad.
