We are on track to purchasing a little too bedroom house on 3.5 acres for a ridiculously low price. Interest rates are phenomenal right now and this is the perfect time of year to buy, people usually wait until summer when the kids are out of school and it will l be a buying frenzy. It has been quite a journey, going between bouts of "it's going to be okay" to "OMG I'M FREAKING OUT!". We dropped $10k in one week on earnest money and paying off credit cards. It's been very stressful but also educational. If we can do it, so can you. Now go out and find your own little corner of the world!
