Syria army just killed Turkey troops (with the help of Russia). Turkey retaliated by killing Syrian troops. Russia is trying to calm both sides and Turkey told them to fuck off and let them obliterate the Syrian army.
And... Oh yes... And... Turkey, which wants the EU to help, used his preferred tactic to make a deal with EU and its NATO friends: blackmail. They told them they would let a shitload of migrants (pleonasm... Sorry) to cross into EU territory. And now, to prove they are serious, they let thousands of very interesting and useful people, disease free, cross.
