I was at a rock/punk concert tonight in california and wore my MAGA cap. During the middle of the show someone broke of from the mosh pit to fight me. Didn't end well for him, he ate a few punches and pissed off.
Crowd turns into a circle and his biggest friend comes after me....I'm not big...5'11 and wiry, 150 on a good day. He was about 6'2 but not to strong, we sparred for a good minute or so, mainly me blocking and playing the distance game, he ended up overcommitting to a punch and I got on his back and choked him out.
While I'm choking him out the guy that started it tackled me off of him and tried to punch me up but didn't really land anything. After about 20 seconds I flipped him over and started landing punches, security broke us up about 5 seconds later. Fucking cowards.
Isn't Johnny Rotten a big Trump supporter now?
There's actually quite a few conservative indie/punk/post rock musicians:
Steven Malkmus - Pavement Frank Zappa - Mothers of Invention Ian Curtis - Joy Division Dean Wareham - Galaxie 500 Britta Phillips - Jen & The Holograms
Just to name a few I've seen do interviews and support conservatism.
Heck, Malkmus was a regular on Red Eye. That must've really gotten under the skin of bleeding hearts like Marc Maron and David Cross lmao!
Ian Curtis died 40 years ago
That he did. Zappa 30. But they were still outspoken conservatives from genres of music the left idolizes. Good to rub the salt in their wounds.
