Meaning I think the poorest decide to punish anyone with even a little money for having it in the first place. If you think about the very first communist revolution, that was exactly what it was about. But the Tsar..kind of had it coming that time, if I'm reading history correctly. But that's how communism started. It's not 'fuck the rich'. It's fuck anyone with money at all.
Once the precedent has been set that it's OK -- and in fact morally just -- to take from those who have more than you, then it's pretty much a shit show from there on out.
Some people are always going to have more than other people, and the cycle only stops when the people who have that more are the ones left holding the guns.
