If women are exceptionally bad today, they are the post-day care / third wave feminism generation, which taints every thing they do.
There have been numerous great female recording artists.
And great female comedians and comics in the past. (Carol Burnett, Lucille Ball)
And great female business women (e.g. Brownie Wise, inspiration to Martha Stewart).
I wish I had a good answer for you. I agree that women aren’t as funny and aren’t as good at comedy or rock and roll. As for the business part (and maybe it applies to all)- Jordan Peterson has some good commentary out on that. He has mentioned how competitive the business world is and how men are more likely to work the 60-80 hrs to get ahead, to achieve and be the leader, CEO, etc.
Generally speaking, guys will work harder on those skills because those talents are proven to help to attract females. If girls were attracted to jugglers, you'd be wondering why men were so much better at it (and why there were so many more doing it) than women.
