There is ANOTHER lab 280 meters from the wet market. The institute of virology is further away, but not sure if they're connected, as I've worked in hospital and research institutions where branch facilities can be 20 - 50 miles apart.
It may not be connected to the BSL-4 lab, but research on disease transmissible to humans starts at BSL-2. There really aren't "bioweapons" labs, just labs where more dangerous agents are studied, like the US CDC lab in Atlanta containing smallpox is just a CDC lab, not a bioweapons lab. I'd personally chalk up the coronavirus outbreak as more to Chinese incompetence after seeing the state of Chinese hospitals myself and seeing the disgusting lack of hygiene at some of these places.
