spoiler alert: if this is the same film they yanked a few months back...there's a twist. it appears the conservatives (redneck female, iirc, bc still gotta have woke) kick some butt. it's just another remake of "man hunts man" film that's been around in one variation or another, for decades.

It might help increase sympathy towards us.

Saw it, not a good movie. Not for the reasons you're talking about in terms of politics, but because there's not a likeable or relateable character. You hardly see most characters and they die fast, and they're either stereotypes or seen in 1-2 scenes. It's pretty nihilistic and had no point to it, mainly senseless violence.
