Diversity is only a strength when we all have a common goal and work towards it. Diversity does allow a vision from multiple perspectives.

However the diversity the democrats are doing is not, they're talking about opening the borders to people that don't share American values and in fact some want us to burn. Further their constant use of identity politics is not helping at all and is only stroking division and hate for those out there that don't know any better.
