I check Drudge fairly often too, do some have a problem with that? It can be somewhat biased or clickbait-y but it’s just a news aggregator so it’s easy to get a wide variety of current events from a lot of news providers instead of relying solely on 1 source (CNN, or Fox etc.) despite its flaws/bias.
He's not mentally well.
There is another site, which he frequented for years, and he is a borderline. tinfoil hat-wearing guy. He would routinely go off the deep end.
Plus, he's married to a guy in a dress who wants to chop his dick off. So, there's that, too.
