The Democrats' lock on black voters is chipping away. Only Trump could have done it.

You're right, but first guy isn't wrong either. Let's see and compare after the election. If he takes a major voting chunk from Democrats then we can see he's doing good and it can change otherwise its a victory for identity politics

I'm a "wait and see" guy myself. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

If people gave Trump half a chance and put aside what cnn told them, they would realize Trump is not those things they say he is.

Blacks will never vote for a republican. Simple as that.

show me one time in the past 50 years, whether in a local, state or federal election where blacks have voted republican. Trump is not the first person to deliver a good economy to blacks, and he's not the first to try to appeal to the black votes. It simply doesn't work. I'm sorry you're ignorant of history.

You’re not really sorry for shit and that’s ok. This President is different from all others. He will break a record with the African American vote. Have a bit of faith that this will change from prior years.

Herbert Hoover broke the sacred Republican promise not to play favorites with race. Coolidge got 90% of the black vote during his reelection of 1924. Hoover got 45% of the black vote in 1932. Hoover's bank and business bailouts were more disastrous than the Bush bailouts. Worse, these bailouts only went to white owned businesses. Black unemployment soared to 50% and the rest is history. Yet, Trump is reversing the trendline
