So is anyone talking seriously about a lawsuit against Reddit? I don’t like it that we just took our marbles and left, even though this place is awesome... I resent being unfairly kicked off a platform we have every right to be on. Is there a discussion going about this anywhere? I’d like to be involved, contribute to a GoFundMe, etc.
“What? Over? Did you say 'over'? Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!...It ain't over now, 'cause when the goin' gets tough, the tough get goin'. What the f--k happened to the T_D I used to know? Where's the spirit? Where's the guts, huh? This could be the greatest night of our lives, but you're gonna let it be the worst. 'Ooh, we're afraid to go with you, we might get in trouble.' Well, just kiss my ass from now on! Not me! I'm not gonna take this. We gotta take these bastards!” ??
Thank you, fren! Well I'm not an attorney, but it seems that it could be demonstrated that the rules were enforced extremely inconsistently and that it was election interference as a motive. Also maybe could be argued they are a publisher and not a platform. Would love to hear what lawyer pedes think.
The big talk over there is that T_D mods killed it on purpose to make everyone come here. Shits getting messy and I hate to see the community split. I like this site as a fall back but I miss T_D.
