Reddit doesn’t want clicks and money from views. Let’s see how that works out for them.

They are a converged organization. They don’t need revenue from clicks and views. I wish more people understood this.

They are obviously financed with dark money. Any time a company or entity appears to operate at cross purposes to its stated goals or reason for existing, (and never goes bankrupt!) then there’s clearly another piece to the puzzle.

Same reason CNN still exists despite fewer people watching them than Seinfeld reruns.

The purpose of propaganda isn't to make money.

I think there is a point wherein even ten cent will say we don’t want to fund Reddit, and will sell it or shut it down. And you are right, they won’t be cow towing like other businesses do at the very hint of a possible protest or potential loss of revenue. ATT owns CNN and at some point their shareholders may say something?

They don't need it anymore. They are owned by Tencent. The CCP will give them whatever money is necessary to keep the shithole website alive.

We should propose a bill to eliminate CCP influence on Reddit to whitehouse.gov or change.org
