Firing any kind of missile into the sea '= testing ICBMs. They always pretend that Rocket man, setting off some short range missile...for no other reason than getting attention, which the dopey media instantly provides(either as stooges, or willing participants) = instant war.
The only kind of rocket that we care about coming from N. Korea, is one that can hit Hawaii, or California. If it can't do that, it's a non-story that is as relevant as you setting off fireworks in your backyard.
