Here, I can say that child rapists should be chained to the bottom of an empty swimming pool by their penis. Then they be given a knife while the pool is filled up. They then get a choice. Cut their penis off or drown.

If anybody ever touched my little girl I would not take chances that justice would be served (Kate Steinley) or that the justice served would be enough. I would cut off his dick and make him eat.
