That guy literally covered up a Cholera outbreak that killed thousands as health minister in Somalia. Only in W.H.O. to enjoy graft and corruption at expense of US taxpayers.

The thing is, cholera can be avoided (boiling water) controlled (sewage treatment) and treated (rehydration therapy -- sips of water with sugar and salt. Any adult can do it.
