Let's start with disbanding the CIA and the DoE. Then redo the arrangement between the Fed and our US Treasury whereby all our money are belong to Fed.
Hogwash, state police could cooperate with other state police to prosecute and or extradite criminals and so forth, without the federal agencies and their bloated budgets and constant trashing of the Constitution for "reasons".
This is where having each line have to be sponsored by a congressman would be beneficial. Let's see who would put their name on that kind of addendum in such an important bill. Shameless swamp.

CIA and FBI are entirely separate.
