Looks like a Soviet era design... the SU-25 Frogfoot. Their basterdized answer to our A-10. The cockpit glass is a dead give away, look at the salamander shape.
The missile is also distinctly Russian in appearance. AA-10 "Alamo".
The camo paint scheme is even Russian in pattern and palette.
