A "centipede" or "pede" is a Trump supporter, specifically, a member of The_Donald or pro-Trump internet community.
It was from a Knife Party song that was used in "You Can't Stump the Trump", and became a meme afterwards, apparently.
It can also have prefixes, like "elderpede" or "ladypede" (older or female trump supporter)
