Running at this point might be a strategy to be able to say 'Look you cant persecute or depose me because I'm a political opponent of Trumps!'. And she will haul her mouldy hide around an insignificant campaign event every couple of weeks, staggering on stage, reeling and coughing for an hour, before being carried off in a stretcher to recuperate for the next couple weeks before she does it again. With no cans of febreze sufficient to eliminate the corpse-shit-sulphur bouquet that follows her like a miasma everywhere she goes.
And maybe, shes facing deposition because Trump knows it will flush her out of her pit and into the spotlight for another campaign in which she can only disgrace herself further.

No doubt this is highly speculative as of yet. And it's a fair point that hrc is not electable, but Biden and Bernie aren't either, and that's what makes this interesting.
My guess is around this time her handlers told her she would be facing indictments. So they told her to old lady it up to garner maximum sympathy. Kind of like Biden and his not so subtle gaffes.
