She got a fundraising solicitation from the DNC in the mail. She mailed back the envelope empty, so that they would have to pay the USPS for postage. I told her that next time she should stuff the envelope jam-packed full with other junk mail (supermarket flyers, real estate agent postcards, etc) to boost the weight so that USPS can charge the DNC more. Always make sure you do not include anything that has your name and/or address on it if you choose to participate. . .
