Elhassan posted on Facebook in Arabic that the clock incident will lead to spreading Islam in America and a 9/11 ‘truther’ post that claimed the twin towers were blown up so Americans would hate Arabs. Soon after the clock incident, the Saudi gov invited Ahmed’s family to tour Mecca. After returning from Mecca, Ahmed’s family was invited by President Barack Obama for a weekend White House astronomy night, and a CAIR gala. source
