...since the Republican primary was cancelled in my state, it was a way to judge Democrat turnout. I usually vote in the morning so I'm really familiar with how the parking lot looks at that time of day, so.....read the results inside

And they were DESERTED. I have never seen such empty, forlorn parking lots. No one out front handing out sample ballots, 3 cars in the parking lot, oh my it's pathetic. Local elections and midterms have more action. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
It's why McDonalds started doing 24 hour breakfast.
This is good to hear, but we need to get out and vote in November regardless.
You are probably right, however we do need to stay focused on the win.
It's great that things look favorable but we cannot chill out and act like we won this.
Granted I'm not saying that you are, I don't want people to slack and think that we don't need to show up full force in Nov.

I thought about voting in the dem today to throw them off with a vote for Warren or something, but didn't want to give them a vote they could add to their turnout.

Inside what?
I think he meant the comments here.
Maybe "read results in comments" would be more clear?
I try not to judge; it took me a little while to get comfortable with the layout here, too. I still miss the "just-click-outside-the-post-to-return-to-the-board" function from Reddit. The "back" button is 'way up there and I'm lazy. ;-)
Maybe. I vote in the morning hours, and there's always more going on than this. This was....deserted, and that's new. On my second pass by one of them, there was one lady sitting out front in a chair, with a sign saying 'traffic this way'. But there was still no traffic and no cars.
Yup. I live in a lib city. I went to two polling places today because my new house is right on the border of two precincts, and I guessed wrong. Both places were empty.
