I think there's a severely addicted group who can't get off it, it's like they're going through withdrawal and can't stop with it.
It's definitely died down a lot but yeah I still see a lot too which is pretty unbelievable... Reality isn't on the web and the products owned by big corporations that thrive in it...
I bet they're out and about, looking for a similar place to get their fix.
