I stopped watching him after the Leno thing because I go to sleep early for the job I started around that time. I was pretty dumb then, and luckily I am still totally unaware of how douchy he is. He remains the funniest late-night comedian in my mind, and I'll just keep my happy thoughts and never watch him again.
