The only time I ever patronized one was in the Charlotte Airport two weeks ago and not only was the service extremely poor but I got the distinct feeling that my white business wasn't wanted.
I live in Charlotte, didnt go to the rally because I didn't want my car broken into. This Bojangles is in a shitty area with dregs of society working there.
Their garbage ass chicken hasn't been any good for years. Not to mention the customer service is shit. I don't understand how they're still operating and making profit.

we went down early just to see the people and feel the energy - it's certainly a rough neighborhood. we left early so the truck would not get damaged.
I'm boycotting them, as I am in NY and never heard of this chain.
It's a southern food chain. Really good imo. If your ever in the south I recommend it. Those fries with the seasoning on em ?, delicious.
Personally, I recommend the Cajun filet biscuit combo with a tea.
Bojangles is fuckin good. Shame to hear what happened to those folks. The person responsible should he fired.
Edit: I see alotta folks here say that their's was poor service. Guess I'm lucky then. Mine is always done right and great.
