So I went about trying to figure out how much Mini Mike spends per electoral vote

$400 million/ 0 = inf

It seems Mini Mike is not getting a good deal here. If my math is correct he is spending an infinite amount of money on electoral votes. He should have read Art of the Deal, by Donald J Trump.
